My process

Define the problem:

Define the problem or challenge to be addressed. This involves meeting with stakeholders and team members.

Develop personas and scenarios to understand user needs and goals (if not already created).

Develop user stories to document user requirements.

Ideation:

Generate ideas for how to solve the problem or challenge.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize potential solutions.

Conduct user testing to validate ideas and iterate on designs.

Finalize:

Create detailed designs and refine prototypes based on user feedback.

Develop a style guide for the project.

Develop specifications and requirements for development.

Development:

Build and code the final product or solution.

Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the product is functional and user-friendly.

Implement any necessary changes based on feedback from testing.

Launch and evaluation:

Launch the product or solution and monitor its performance.

Conduct ongoing user testing and evaluation to identify areas for improvement.

Gather user feedback and make any necessary updates or changes to improve the user experience.
